Ghost Huntress by Jaqkeita (Virginia)

In my book there are multiple characters but the story is mostly about Courtney Langdon. Courtney at the beginning of the story is with family and friends relaxing with Mrs. Lockhart. They began having conversations about ghost stories, and Mrs. Lockhart told Courtney about a tragedy that happen with 2 young girls. The next following day came and Courtney went to a psychologist named Karl Zener. Karl did a card reading on Courtney, and afterwards Courtney and Emily were having a conversation about Ken Kindberg. Ken’s mother had cancer that’s why Emily couldn’t go to college. Emily explained all the chemo and radiation treatment expenses. Courtney was saddened by the new about Emily’s mother and she wished her the best. A couple days later Courtney had started experiencing strange things around her home. Courtney then starts doing some ghost hunting to find clues to why things are happening this way. Courtney then sees something crazy and can’t seem to get her thought together to think of what to do next. Dare to read more check out Ghost Huntress and find all the untold mistories.

THE WRONG NUMBER   by  Marcus(Pederson virgina)

It begins as an innocent prank, when Deena Martinson and her best friend Jade Smith make prank phone calls to people at their school. But when Deena’s half-brother chuck catches them and threatens them to let him in one the fun or he would tell their parents. So as chuck joins the fun he then starts making random calls to anyone who would answer and leave them threating messages. But it’s all over when chuck dials a number on Fear Street. Which he then realizes he dialed the wrong number. As he calls this house he realizes that murder is now at their front door. Death threating the murderer gets in a high speed case with the three kids and has chuck arrested. Willing to get her half-brother out of jail Deena and Jade go on a Sherlock Holmes adventure to free his name. They go from breaking and entering to going through trash cans in order to get chuck out of jail. But in the end will their hard work come to a deadly end or will they complete their mission? I personally enjoy this book. Its high class suspense gets the reader guessing on every page. I recommend this book to all readers. If you like to read stories which gets you guessing from page to page and word for word you would love this book.

Sarah (Iowa)-- Gothic!:Ten Original Dark Tales edited by Deborah Noyes. If you like reading dark stories, and you haven't read any good ones lately, you should check out gothic for ten short stories of all kinds. Be careful!

SarahB (Iowa)-- Queen of the Damned by Anne Rice. Rice is a wonderfull author. If you liked her movies then you'll fall in love with her books. It's all so dark and you can really see these things as being true. Of course it's a vampire book so if you like gory stories this is heaven on the page.

Ashly M (Iowa)-- Rose Madder by Stephen King. Rose Daniels has lived in hell for 14 long years with her husband, Officer Norman Daniels. Rose wants to leave to be able to live the rest of her life without the fear of dying at the hands of husband. But Norman has promised her, if she ever left he would hunt her done and kill her, painfully. Rose wants to get away from Norman but does she have the courage to defy him, and be willing to lose her life in the process?

Sarah B (Iowa)--Blood and Chocolate by Annette Curtis Klause. For those of you who saw the movie the book majorly kicked the movie's butt. I really loved the opening quotes "I wondered here and there, with the taste of blood and chocolate in my mouth, one as hatefull as the other." The book is really different from the movie, it's still about a teenage girl (who happens to be a werewolf) and trying to deal with her pack after her father's death. and also fighting with her own nature when falls in love with a human. Blood or chocolate which shall you choose.
